• 1 unit: 4-6 weeks from processed payment

Order Tracking

If a tracking# or PRO# is provided by the freight company, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Within the continental U.S., we are happy to provide free shipping with each purchase of Real Fitness Equipment™. In the case that you are a customer outside of the continental U.S. please request a shipping quote before placing your order.

To request a shipping quote, complete the CONTACT US form and provide the following:

    1. The number of units you would like to order
    2. Your shipping address
    3. Whether your address is residential or commercial
    4. Whether or not you will need a lift gate to unload the product(s) as each unit weighs at least 270lbs crated.


Back Orders

If part of your order goes on back order we will ship you the item(s) on your order that are in stock. When the back ordered item(s) becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order free of any additional shipping and handling.




How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 21 days of receipt of order. We can provide logistics for the return, however, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund amount.

If you need to return an item, please complete the CONTACT US form and include the following:

    1. A statement including the reason for your return
    2. A copy of your original invoice
    3. A phone number that we can best contact you for arranging the pick-up of your item(s)


Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any shipping and handling that you paid on the order.



Real Fitness Equipment are not eligible for exchange.

If you receive your product and it is not in acceptable condition, please complete the CONTACT US form and include your name, order number, and phone number. We value satisfied customers, and will do everything in our power to ensure that each of our customers have a positive experience with Real Fitness Equipment™.
